- Clean or change air filters once a month, or as needed, to ensure proper airflow and decrease energy costs
- Clean outdoor coils and remove vegetation and clutter from around an outdoor unit
- Operate your system on the "auto" fan setting on the thermostat
- Don’t set back a heat pump's thermostat if it causes the backup heat to come on

Terms: Kelly’s Club Membership is non-refundable. Customer agrees to remain a Kelly’s Club Member and participate in an annual home inspection. Memberships billed
monthly and cancelled prior to one year will be billed at the full membership price plus sales tax with a pro-rated credit for any payment made towards membership. All
memberships billed monthly will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. All cancellations must be made in writing to receive extended warranty. Kelly’s Club
