
Ingredients:
1 oz cream cheese
2 tsp sugar
¼ tsp almond extract
1 tbsp forest berry preserves (or any berry preserves of your choice)
6 french almond cookie cakes
¼ cup heavy cream
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:

Directions:
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, almond extract, and preserves together in a bowl until red and creamy (but still thick).
- Crumble the cookie cakes up into tiny crumbs.
- Then mix together with the mixture from above. Scoop ‘dough’ into small round balls and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Heat up the heavy cream and chocolate chips in a pot. Mix well.
- Place balls into chocolate and then roll them in a ½ cup of crumbled almonds, coconut, or nuts of choice.
