Trick or Treat? The best choices for candy are fun size Skittles, Payday and 3 Musketeers, Jelly Belly Beans, Hershey Hugs, Gummi Bears, Hershey’s Cookies N Crème Bars, Swedish Fish, Good N Plenty, Junior Mints, and Raisenettes.

Gobble Gobble– On Thanksgiving, be sure to eat a nice nutritious breakfast or lunch so you are not
starved and ready to eat everything in sight at dinner. Best choices for Turkey dinner : white meat, side dishes with vegetables, skip trimmings such as gravy and butter and go for the pumpkin pie (the healthiest of typical holiday pies) and watch your serving sizes too!

Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire (isn't actually a bad snack at all!) Cut hundreds of calories by skipping the appetizers but if you must– go for nuts, salsas, fruits and veggies . For an entrée– pick beef tenderloin over ham and go with roasted instead of mashed potatoes, and dinner rolls over cornbread. Avoid temptation of office treats by chewing gum– the muscular chewing action simulates eating and curbs appetite!
