Ham & Cheese Hash Brown Quiche

Ingredients and directions

Step 1
6 Cups Shredded Hash browns
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Seasoning of Choice (salt, pepper, garlic, dill)
Pat hash browns into 13”x9” greased pan, drizzle butter over top and
season. Bake at 425 degrees for about 25 minutes– do not over cook

Step 2
2 Cups Diced Ham
2 Cups Shredded Jalapeno Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
1/2 Cup Chopped Red Pepper
Mix above ingredients together and put on top of hash browns.
Beat 8 Eggs and 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream (about 1 1/2 cups)
Pour over top of ham and cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins. or until set. If eggs start to darken too
soon, place foil over top.
