A: Our Business Office hours are 8am- 5pm, Monday through Friday
     Our Service Department is available 24/7,
      however, regular hours are 8am- 5pm,Monday- Saturday

 A. CPI has one office located in Mount Vernon, but we service Skagit, Island, Whatcom and North Snohomish counties
     
Q: Do you charge extra after hours?
A: There is an additional trip charge after hours

A: CPI was launched in 1986 in Anacortes, Washington by previous owner Steve Olsen

A: Yes, depending on our daily schedules flexibility

A: Yes, and additionally, we have a shop person available to run parts as needed

A: We do not charge per hour, we charge by the job

A: Yes

Q: How much is your service call?
A: Please call for information on this question as prices vary per job

Q: Will you quote me a price in advance?
A: Once the technician arrives on site he will give you a price quote,
    if you agree to have the work done at that time,
    the service call fee is waived

Q: Are you licensed? By whom?
A: Yes, we are licensed by the State of Washington Labor and Industries

Q: How much liability insurance do you have per incident?
A: We are covered for one million dollars per claim

Q: Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
A: We currently are not members, however our rating
    with the BBB is an A

Q: What certifications do you hold?
A: All of our plumbers are licensed by the State of Washington

Q: Have your employees had drug tests?
A: Our employees undergo random drug tests, and we are proud to
    be a drug free company

Q: Do I have to be at home when you come?
A: No

Q: What kind of guarantee or warranty do you offer?
A: We offer a 90 day warranty on repairs and a 1 year warranty on
    replacements and new installations
